Kindred Yoga and Wellness was founded in 2018 in Metter, Georgia to support and foster a sense of mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community. We offer classes from a Christian perspective, and all are welcome to participate. Kindred Yoga and Wellness provides a healing and friendly environment for practice and growth.

As a respected Yoga Studio based in the Metter area, our main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, we know you’ll benefit from our practice. At Kindred Yoga & Wellness, we believe that there is no competition or judgement in yoga. Your practice is your own. Yoga has many benefits for the mind, body and the soul and during our classes, we quiet our minds and let our stress melt away.

The staff at Kindred Yoga Studio have been known for their expertise and commitment to each and every student, no matter their needs or skill level. We are proud of the dedicated following we have built, and look forward to welcoming you to our yoga family. We currently offer gentle flow classes that focus on strength and flexibility. In our classes, you will learn that yoga is truly good for the mind and body and allows you to focus in and create inner peace. Our classes can include scripture and prayer as part of your practice, and ALL are welcome to attend.
